Marston’s new Low Carbon group

Councillor Alistair Morris has had a busy summer – contributing to a local community garden project, delivering food to elderly residents, and supporting Low Carbon Marston.

A new community group in Marston, the group aims to lower the carbon footprint of Marston through increasing the energy efficiency of homes and reducing energy bills. They hope to implement eco-friendly initiatives by raising awareness of renewable energy and insulating homes. They support the Marston Eco Group with projects like the Community EV Car Club, Bike Doctor workshops, Community Larder and Community Allotments.
